Rules: How to Enter, How to Win

No purchase necessary to enter or win in the "LatinoGayPride.com Online Promotional Contest (the 'Promotion').

WHO CAN ENTER: The Promotion is open exclusively to persons 18 or older who live in U.S. Void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of Sponsor and Promoter, their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, merchants, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families, including their respective household members, are not eligible. All entrants are required to be registered through LatinoGayPride.com via email or form.

Only one entry per person. Only one prize per family, household or address. By entering the contest, each Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by the rules and decisions of LatinoGayPride.com.

By accessing our service, contacting us via our forms to request your gift, and by accepting our gifts, you agree to allow our sponsors to contact you to inform you of their products and services.

HOW TO ENTER: The LatinoGayPride.com Promotion begins 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 01, 2008 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT on June 22, 2008 (the "Entry Period").
You will automatically receive one
(a) entry when you enter the Promotion.
(b) For those who do not wish to join online, print your name address, city, state, ZIP and e-mail address on a 3x5 piece of paper. Insert in an envelope with proper postage and mail to: LatinoGayPride.com Promotion, 3405 Cesar Chavez St., San Francisco, CA 94110. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 19, 2008 and received by July 23, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope.
d) For all methods of entry:
i. Regardless of method of entry, you may only receive a maximum of one (1) entries per person and e-mail address. Entries received exceeding this limit will be discarded, and may invalidate all entries from the entrant submitting excessive entries.
ii. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions of entry form will be accepted.
iii. The Sponsor and their respective affiliates, prize suppliers, and their respective agencies and employees (collectively, "Sponsor Entities") are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network or phone connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or any human error, which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
iv. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.
v. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.
vi. All entries become the property of LatinoGayPride.com and none will be returned.

By entering the contest or accepting any prize, all Entrants expressly agree to forever waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue LatinoGayPride.com
and/or any of its past and present partners, limited partners, owners, entity owners (and the current and former officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, limited partners, assigns and employees of any owners or entity owners), employees, agents, attorneys, directors, officers, contractors, successors, assigns and insurers ("Related Parties") of, for and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions and causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description (collectively, "Claims"), known and unknown, including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Contest; these Official Rules; Entrant's entry; the negligence of LatinoGayPride.com or any LatinoGayPride.com Related Party; the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize; any travel related to any prize; any participation in the Contest.

Entrant represents and warrants that he or she owns and/or has the authority to release the Claims stated herein expressly waives Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." Further, by entering the contest or accepting any prize, all Entrants expressly agree to at all times defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the LatinoGayPride.com all LatinoGayPride.com Related Parties from and against any and all Claims of any kind or nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) arising out of or in any way related to the Contest; these Official Rules; Entrant's entry; the negligence of LatinoGayPride.com or any LatinoGayPride.com's Related Party; the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize; any travel related to any prize; any participation in the Contest.. LatinoGayPride.com reserve the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time. LatinoGayPride.com also reserves the right to substitute any similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value for any prize listed in these Official Rules or any other communication regarding the Contest and reserves the right to revoke the prize of any Entrant, at any time, if the Entrant acts in a manner that is, in the
LatinoGayPride.com' discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time. Any prize winner not agreeing to such terms must notify LatinoGayPride.com and contest administrators immediately upon being contacted and, in such case, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 23, 2008. All decisions on matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: There will be 5 tickets awarded, 1 Back Stage Ticket, 1  3day-2night stay a private house in Puerto Vallarta. One prize per winner.

Limit one prize per person. Winners assume responsibility for all other taxes and charges not included herein. No substitution, cash alternative or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable. Prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. Prize not redeemable for cash. By accepting prize, winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor and Sponsor Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a purpose.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and non-transferable. In the event of non-compliance by the winner with these rules, the prize involved will be awarded to an alternate winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Taxes and/or delivery fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. The laws of the United States govern the Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner (or parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Usage of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, onlineservice provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional and other purposes in any media, now or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission. Winner will be notified by email or phone. Valid name, address, email and phone required.
All participants agree that by entering the Promotion constitutes each winner's consent to be notified of the all products/services/ideas of LatinoGayPride.com and its sponsors/advertisers, etc.

Special Rules for Tickets/Passes Prizes:

Tickets/passes are non-negotiable and are only valid for the game or event stated on front of the ticket/pass. This prize is not combinable with any other offers or tickets. Examples, games, movies, etc.

Offer not valid for previously purchased/ issued tickets/passes.

No extensions or substitutions permitted.
Tickets and/or passes cannot be photocopied or otherwise duplicated and is void if altered or where prohibited by law. Rules written herein cannot be changed by any statement or representation of any person, including employees of LatinoGayPride.com.
Any tickets/passes will not be reissued for any reason and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Once issued, all tickets/passes will be governed by the Terms and Conditions as stated on the ticket/pass.
